Drake Pulls A Double On 'Saturday Night Live'

On Saturday (January 18th), hip-hop superstar Drake tapped back into his 'Degrassi' acting roots for his debut hosting spot on 'Saturday Night Live', which saw the 27-year-old also double as the night's musical guest.

For his performances, the rapper offered up "Started From the Bottom", "Trophies", "Hold On We're Going Home" and brought out Jhené Aiko for "From Time".

2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival: Miley Cyrus, Drake, Maroon 5, Miguel & Adam Lambert

This weekend, the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Miley Cyrus hit the stage and got emotional while delivering her first performance of "Wrecking Ball".

Other performers included Drake, who will release his new album 'Nothing Was the Same' on Tuesday, Maroon 5, who performed their latest hit "Love Somebody", Miguel, who entertained the crowd with his soulful chops, and Adam Lambert, who performed with legendary group Queen. Drake Amps Up 2013 VMAs With Performance

Kanye West wasn't the only rapper on the bill at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, in fact, Drake also hit the stage at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Sunday, August 25th, to perform a medley of his newest singles.

2013 BET Awards: Complete List Of Winners

Earlier tonight (June 29th), the 2013 BET Awards took place at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California, and although Drake came into the show with a leading 12 nominations, he and another rap star exited as the night's biggest winner.

Drake Reveals 'Would You Like a Tour?' Dates

After hinting to fans the a tour was possibly in the works, Drake poses a question with his latest venture by titling his forthcoming tour, Would You Like a Tour?, where he will be assisted by supporting acts Miguel and Ciara's main squeeze, Future.

The 2013 BET Awards nominations are in and as we're accustomed to from the show, they are as predictable and as self-serving as ever. Drake leads the field with a staggering 12 nominations, while newcomer Kendrick Lamar scored 8 nominations.
