2014 Academy Awards: Nominations

This morning (January 16th), the nominations for the 86th Annual Academy Awards were announced and 'American Hustle' and 'Gravity' lead the pack with an astounding 10 nominations including nominations for their stars.

'12 Years A Slave', directed by Steve McQueen, followed closely behind with 9 nominations including one for its director, producer Brad Pitt and stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael Fassbender and newcomer Lupita Nyong’o.

Lead Actor nominees included the previously-mentioned Ejifor, Christian Bale, Bruce Dern, Leonardo DiCaprio and Matthew McConaughey, while the Lead Actress features Amy Adams, Cate Blanchett, Sandra Bullock, Judi Dench and Meryl Streep. Last year's winner Jennifer Lawrence scored a Supporting Actress nod.

2014 Epitome Of Film Awards: Nominations

The nominations for the 2014 Epitome of Film Awards, which honors outstanding achievement in motion pictures, are in and '12 Years A Slave' leads the field with 10 nominations, followed by 'American Hustle' with 8 nominations.

The two films are among the five contenders for Outstanding Feature Film, a stacked category that also includes 'Captain Phillips', 'Gravity' and 'The Wolf Of Wall Street', while all of the films score additional acting nominations for their stars.

"Can't Remember To Forget You", the highly-anticipated collaboration between Shakira and Rihanna has arrived and it sees the two sex symbols having a hard cutting ties and ending things with a boyfriend who is toxic.

The single serves as the first release from the blonde bombshell's first English-language album since 'She Wolf' in 2009, which has already been scheduled for a March 25th release date via on RCA Records/Sony Latin Iberia. Listen to the single beneath:
